Got some questions?

Check-in is from 3:00pm onwards, and check-out is by 10:00am. If you need to arrive earlier or leave later, let us know. If we can accommodate, we’ll be happy to arrange it for a small fee.

Each apartment is fully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, fresh linens, towels, and reliable Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, and a TV with streaming capabilities. We also provide basic essentials to get you settled in.

Yes, we have a designated parking space for each apartment directly outside the building. Once you book, we’ll provide details on how to access the parking area.

Absolutely. We’re located near top surf spots like Fistral and Towan Beach, so we understand the need for board storage. There is a dedicated and secure board and bike store in the building for all your gear.

We do not allow pets. We aim to keep the space comfortable for all our guests, including those who may have allergies

You’ll be steps from Towan Beach and Newquay’s popular Aquarium, a short stroll to various cafés, restaurants, and shops. Fistral Beach is also within walking distance, and local family-friendly attractions like Newquay Zoo are only a quick drive away.

We primarily handle reservations through Airbnb (and sometimes VRBO) for everyone’s convenience and security. If you have a different request or would like more information, feel free to contact us.

Our building does have lift access, but in case of maintenance issues or unforeseen outages, guests may need to use the stairs. If you have specific mobility concerns, please get in touch before booking so we can help determine if our apartments will meet your needs.
